DISTINGUISHING MARKS: She has a mole shaped vaguely like a broomstick on her left shoulder which was later detailed by tattooing to look exactly like a broomstick. In addition to that, she has a unicorn lying curled around a Wheel of Taranis - said to bring an increase in strength and courage - on her lower back and the logo of The Prides on her hip. She sports a piercing in each lower earlobe and one on her upper right cartilage (that is always the Celtic knot of The Fours Seasons, said to provide protection and healing – the earring is charmed so it will not harm her during Quidditch). As for scars, she has more than she has memory of, from mild to harsher Quidditch injuries.
APPEARANCE: Meg is on the shorter side of average height with a voluptuous frame that is evenly muscled. She is well known for her legs, which are long and by far the most muscular part of her body, but attractively so. If not active, she would have a tendency to put on weight due to her frame, but keeps in excellent-shape due to her sport. Her natural hair colour is a darker brunette, but her daily colour is often varied, as is the length. Her eyes are typical blue or blue/green and her face is heart-shaped with cheeks that have a tendency toward roundness. She is often tanned, both from being outdoors on the pitch and the occasional tanning charm, though she is just fine with her naturally fair skin.

Although athletic, Meg prefers feminine clothing and, when appropriate, very sexy clothing. She has been known to wear Muggle clothing because of things like leather pants and halter-tops, which she swears wizarding shops have yes to “get” just right – dragon-hide pants are just not the same.. She is very comfortable in her own skin and therefore, has no trouble showing it off. When necessary, she can be found in the finest of robes looking utterly elegant, but for the most part she sports whatever look appeals to her at the moment.
HABITS: As she is in a constant state of motion, fidgeting movements such as hair twisting, leg bouncing, lip biting, jumping up and down in chairs, never sitting one place too long – any surface is fair game – are all common from her.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Open, friendly, confident, flirtatious
PERSONALITY: Meg is the quintessential nice girl, but with an edge when it comes to Quidditch. It’s then she turns into the “Queen Bitch of the Pitch” when things do not go as they should. She takes Quidditch very seriously, even when she tends to have a laid back approach to many other things, and will argue vehemently over Quidditch concerns. Other than that, and any time her sizable temper is involved (which is often, even over the rare world concern), she is very fun loving and sweet. She will be friends with nearly anyone and speak to those she does not like if only to derive a small bit of humor at their expense.

An accurate descriptor of her would be ‘sex kitten’ as far as her sexuality and relationships with men. She’s adorable but a completely sexual being. While she would never term herself anything derogatory, as she sees it a necessity to her career to never be attached, she has no qualms about talking a man to her bed… or the stand of a Quidditch pitch, whichever works at the time. She’s adventurous, but not kinky, preferring the risk of public sex over excess kink in the bedroom.

She is very much an open book in terms of relating to others. There are very few things she conceals – though her fear of werewolves is one of them – and is naturally that way. There is often not the brain-to-mouth filter for Meg and that can be surprising to some who see her as the ‘princess’ sort despite her athletic prowess. However, she is only ever underestimated once, for whoever does usually learns quite quickly not to do it again.

WEAKNESSES: Superstitious, hot temper (she can fly into very hot rages at times and can be easily offended if someone would question her about anything to do with Quidditch)

PHOBIAS/FEARS: Werewolves. One nightmare as a child after she and Kirley snuck a book from their grandparents library with graphic illustrations and it has been her phobia ever since, worsening as she has gotten older and understood what ramifications being one would have to her life
MENTAL HEALTH: Excellent, age has taught her quite a bit about wins and loses that formerly affected her very deeply.

CHILDHOOD HOME: Portree, Skye, Scotland
HISTORY: While the Sorting was the defining moment for most students, for Meghan it was second year and Quidditch tryouts. She doesn’t like to admit it but she knows that her mother’s fame was more than a bit responsible for everyone thinking she was a brilliant Chaser, yet even as a second year she knew she was not the best Chaser she could be. When the Keeper position opened in her third year, she jumped for the chance to try out for it and blew her teammates and team captain away with her skills as a Keeper. A strong leader on and off the Pitch, she was made Captain of the Gryffindor team in her fourth year. She was not made Prefect her fifth year, though she had not truly expected it even though her professors all remarked on her ability to organize and motivate, because Quidditch was all she could see herself focusing on and Prefect duties would have interfered with that. Gryffindor held the House Cup almost every single year from the year Meghan joined with several years of wins by a wide margin due to the combination of her talent at the hoops and the brilliant talents of the rest of her teammates. However, they narrowly lost it to Slytherin in her last year, something Meghan - at the time - was in many ways unable to cope with, although it taught her a valuable lesson that sometimes skill, which that year’s Gryffindor team had so much of, is not everything in the game of Quidditch.

Meghan went straight from Hogwarts in June of 1987 to play as Keeper for Portree, having known she would take the position from the middle of her seventh year. The Prides had many good years, with ups and downs that Meghan sometimes took far too hard, and in 1994, she became Captain. She never expected such a thing for her mother was already Captain. Catriona claimed that Meghan would make a far better team leader and stepped down from the position and it turned out she was right for The Prides had several successful years after that.

When the League closed during the war, Meghan was at quite a loss. Like her mother, Quidditch was her life and to be without that meant she had no purpose. Having no real interest in the war other than to see it over with, she (along with her mother in many instances) sought to keep busy and tried to use their name and considerable influence in the sports world to see the League reopened, even when she knew it was not likely to occur for some time. It was only that activity and a considerable amount of time spent with her mother staying in top shape that kept Meghan from going mad.

The war end finally brought what Meghan had been fighting for all along, Quidditch to start again. However, it would be a season of very limited play for the League, with teams recovering from losing players to death or injury during war efforts and various other problems. Even with the limited schedule of matches presented at the delayed start of the season, Meghan felt they were finally gaining some progress and was beyond elated to return to the great love of her life. That elation only lasted a short while, as the slow reorganization of the League and the lesser schedule for matches and practices left her frustrated with the slowed pace and the decline in quality of competition.

To fill that void of lesser scheduling, she practices as much as she can on her own and continues to make herself something of a pest to those in the Ministry responsible for getting the League back to the state of activity it used to have.

HOME: A very messy flat just outside the Portree town limits that places her close to the stadium without still living in her parent's home (which is much closer to the stadium). If Meghan were as neat at home as she is at the stadium, her flat would be very attractive, but she prefers her 'organized' chaos where she might lose a few items to a state of absolute organization which she claims makes it impossible for her to find anything. Her decorating style is a combination of wizarding interior design and Pier One-style Muggle design.
FINANCES: As the Keeper and Captain for the Prides, a Quidditch team of great popularity and reasonable success, Meghan has more than enough in her bank vault between her yearly salary and various product/clothing endorsements she has participated in. She has a good head for business so she also has multiple successful investments in her portfolio.
